Complete the form below and select the desired Individual or Family membership option. You may also choose to add an additional donation amount. Amounts are in Canadian Dollars.

When the form is complete, click Submit and it will be emailed to SABNES. Make your payment using one of the options indicated below. Please be sure to include the requested information so that the payment can be reconciled with the membership form received by email.

• E-transfer to sabnes.org@gmail.com

  • In the e-transfer message field, please indicate that the payment is for membership and include the full name on the membership form.

• Cheque made out to SABNES and mailed to SABNES at PO Box 27, Salmon Arm, BC V1E 4N2

  • In the cheque memo field, please indicate that the payment is for membership and include the full name on the membership form (if not printed on the cheque face).

SABNES is a registered charity with the Canadian Revenue Agency (Registration #: 0828822-52). Tax receipts will be issued.
